Overheads are calculated by floor area;
Each "square" costs 1000 coin per day, so a 3*5*5 floor shop will cost:
Daily cost = 3 x 5 x 5 x 1000 = 75 000 coin.
Interestingly, the floor area allows us to count that 1 "square is 3 metres x 3 metres.
